Moore Than Words ("MTW," "we," "us") collects information you give us directly, including:
- Your email address, when you join our email list.
- Your phone number, when you opt in to our text messaging program or provide it at checkout to receive a purchase confirmation.
- Purchase information (such as which digital product you bought), when you buy an item through our site. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels for advertising purposes on this site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Send the content, updates, or digital products you signed up for or purchased;
- Deliver purchase confirmations and access links for items you buy;
- Respond to your questions when you contact us;
- Maintain and improve this site.
3. Text messaging (SMS) program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Moore Than Words:
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information — including your phone number and opt-in status — will be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This is a firm commitment, not a default that can be changed by updating another agreement.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described below, solely to operate the site and deliver what you signed up for, and as required by law.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this site:
- Twilio — sends the text messages you've opted in to receive.
- Stripe — processes payments for digital products.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores subscriber and order records needed to fulfill your requests.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service you signed up for, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

- Text messages: reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link included in any email we send.
- Access or deletion: email us at admin@moorethanwords.net to request a copy of your information or to have it deleted.
8. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
